LUMSTONE
At LUMSTONE we are dedicated to the exploitation and marketing of stone lamps made from our star stone, ONIX. So do other natural and/or artificial materials.
WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-
Stones and woods are products of nature and, therefore, are subject to chromatic and grain variations.
-
The samples displayed and/or delivered may present significant variations with the materials shipped, even if they are of the same reference and origin.
-
The Company guarantees that the material selected by the client will be of the same reference and/or origin or origin; For the delivery of orders, the Company does not guarantee that the materials will be the same as the samples supplied and/or the materials displayed at points of sale and/or the photographs sent or on our website, as they are products of nature. .
-
All natural materials have pores, to a greater or lesser extent, generally imperceptible to the naked eye. The existence of veins, pores and tones of the materials supplied and/or installed is not a quality defect and is not accepted as a cause for claim; They are characteristics of marble (onyx), granite, travertine, natural stones and wood.
-
In the case of travertine, our ONIX, whose main characteristic is its porosity, the Company delivers the stucco materials, but normal traffic causes the stucco to lift and the pores to be seen. The subsequent appearance of pores due to traffic is not a quality defect. Many people like this type of finish; However, if you prefer to have your material coated and matte or glossy, we suggest performing specialized periodic maintenance.
-
The Company accepts exchange of materials supplied, under certain conditions and terms. The materials will be replaced with similar ones that are in inventory or will be processed in accordance with the Company's production policies.
-
Before dispatching an order, it is reviewed by the Company's Quality Department. However, since these are natural products, before receiving the product the customer must carefully review it to classify it. We recommend checking and classifying it very well before proceeding with the installation. After the material is installed, the Company does not accept shade claims.
-
For the supply of materials, the guarantee is three (3) months, limited to their quality in the terms and conditions established for each product.
-
The quality guarantee of the finishes is one (1) year, subject to the conditions of sale established and explicitly stated in the supply and installation offer, which must be signed by the client as a sign of acceptance. The credit or payment of an order implies acceptance. For all purposes, the legal guarantee of the finishes incorporated into a property will not be considered property by adhesion.
